Translation service flow

1. Through phone, email, or other means, Clients provides Translation Corporation the basic demands for translation which includes language, document type, workload, time for finishing, and so on.
2. Both parties will discuss the content and details of demands by face-to-face, phone, email, and other means, then reach to the principal part and details of contract. Both parties will the Translation Contract after reorganization. The Non-disclosure Agreement will be signed if necessary.
3. After singing the contract, the client shall pay 30%-50% advance of the total translation fee. In principle, the translation corporation will formally start translating or assigning translator while receiving the earnest money for translation. Beijing Boundary Translation Corporation will not take the responsibility for delay or overtime of translation caused by the client delaying the translation earnest. According to the type of provided documents (electronic or written) which are require to be translated, the translation corporation will set up a project team to start translation.
4. After finishing the translation, Translation Corporation will email or fax the part of translation which has been paid advance to clients. When clients recognize the translation quality, they should pay the remaining sum in accordance with the contract. And the translation corporation will send all the translation documents (including 1 written copy and electronic copy) to the clients as soon as the corporation receives the remaining sum. In case of divided payment, the quantity of translation sending to client will depend on the sum of payment. The financial procedures should be transacted as advance as possible. If necessary, Beijing Boundary will provide invoice in advance. The clients can pay in cash, cheque, electronic payment, or bank card transfer.
5. Beijing Boundary is a regular translation corporation that will provide formal invoice for translation fee. The invoices can be expressed to the clients in other city who pay by electronic payment or bank transfer. The clients only need to inform us the title for invoices and the address for mail.

Interpretation Service Flow

1. The clients inform the demands for language, number of interpreters, gender, term, and content and the information of accommodation and traffic. Then both parties confirm the personnel, price, meeting, etc.
2. Both parties reach to cooperation intent and sign written translation entrusting contract in which each part is bound with rights and obligations. The Non-disclosure Agreement will be signed if necessary.
3. After singing the contract, the client shall pay 50% advance of the total interpretation fee.
4. Clients provide relevant documents (electronic or written) for interpretation. The interpreter will arrive at the meeting place on time, and start working in accordance with business demands.
5. After finishing the interpretation, clients pay the remaining sum of interpretation fee in accordance with the contract. Beijing Boundary will offer the invoice as soon as we receive the payment. Thus, the interpretation processes are completed.
